Hi, I’m Bridget,
I grew up in Australia, on the East Coast near Byron Bay. I started ballet at the age of 3, and at 17 I made the big move to Europe working as a Classical Ballet Dancer, after six years of touring I'm happy to call London my home. Well… my home away from home.
I have a deep passion for fitness and all things well-being. My dream is to inspire people from all walks of life to fall in love with exercise and the benefits it brings. I want people to come away from our sessions feeling empowered, both physically and mentally.
Throughout my ballet career I've always combined pilates with barre for a unique combination of strength, mobility, and core control. I've found that Pilates is one of the best forms of exercise to build a foundation for your health, and Barre is one of the best forms of exercise for overall strength. In my classes we'll flow between both of these, mixing in strength training & mobility techniques that will leave you feeling longer and stronger. My classes are challenging, creative, and fun - whether you are a newbie or a professional athlete you are guaranteed to work hard and feel the benefits.
