30-minute Barre Workouts

Short, sharp full body workouts perfect for the time starved. Expect quicker transitions that get your heart pumping. All our Barre workouts are designed to strengthen your muscles from head to toe, improve posture and balance and leave you feeling energised. The exercises are inspired by ballet movements but zero dance experience is needed. We provide modifications and progressions, making our workouts perfect for the seasoned professional, complete beginner or someone in between.
